You can try resetting the agent or removing and reinstalling the agent.
- On the affected host, stop the LEM Agent Service.
- Go to the Agent install directory (C:\Windows\System32\ContegoSPOP or C:\Windows\SysWOW64) and delete the spop folder
- Start the service. That should put the Agent back in a "first-run" state.
If resetting the agent does not work, you can try uninstalling the agent.
- Copying the agent installer locally to the host
- Run the installation as administrator
