I have installed an agent on an SFTP server that I need to monitor logs for, and it has a green connection and everything seems to be working fine, but I am not getting any alerts on that IP address in nDepth except for the initial internaltooloffline and internaltoolonline alerts.
I read that this might be a config issue. Can somebody please walk me through what possible workarounds are available to fix this issue?
