If I had to guess you likely have more than one Cisco connector (or the incorrect connector) pointed to the same facility (sounds like local7 in your case). You will want to take a look at the sample table under the header "Troubleshoot conflicting devices" for an example configuration that would help avoid this type of conflict if it is happening in your case.
Unless you're willing/able to post screenshots of the Cisco connectors you do have enabled, if you do need additional assistance on this, it's something Support can help you dig into.
