That is not possible. LEM is a virtual appliance, and can be deployed in a vSphere or Hyper-V environment. You can install the LEM Agent on the Orion server if you like, but the not the LEM manager

To the best of my knowledge, the agents do retain the connection to the LEM. So, dynamic IPs shouldn't be an issue.
