I'm not sure this is comprehensive, but here are some things that I know would be gotchas (you may want to reach out to Support if you're still having issues or want a more comprehensive list):
- Traffic needs to be able to flow to and from the machine where Reports is installed to LEM on TCP port 9001.
- Reports uses Windows Task Scheduler for scheduling which is usually why you're going to get a prompt to run it as admin. This may be overcome by relaxing the User Account Control (UAC) settings or disabling them if possible.
- Make sure there are appropriate Anti-Virus exceptions for the executable/install path.
