Firstly you will want to confirm that you have the latest connector version, if you check the settings for your ePO connector you will see a Tool Version at the bottom, the latest appears to be Revision 39.
If it is the latest you'll want to reach out to Support. Most likely they will want a Tool Maintenance by Alias report from the Reports Console for the last 24 hours (export as .rpt format).
There are two ePO connectors, but since both of your systems are greater than 4.5 it is likely just the one connector you will need to take a look at.
