Thank you again jrouviere for the help. We are fairly close to getting everything resolved for this project, but we do have a couple more questions. If I could get the community to help out with this (or jrouviere) or the support team.
Is there a way to create a group level SNMP send action? Right now, we are drilling into each alert and adding the additional trigger action, but would like to have one high level SNMP send action and then have this tied to each individual alert, we need to trigger for our events.
Second question, is there a string/variable we can add into the send action, so it puts in the alert header message? Right now, our Spectrum system is getting the alert, but no header message, indicating what event triggered the alert. Any thoughts on how we can get that squared away, in Solarwinds, so the alert/event message is listed?
