There isn't any one report that specifically works for MSSQL events that I can see, so you will want to work within the reports for the existing events to set this up.
For example, I see a lot of DROP events coming from my MSSQL Auditor are showing up as Object Audit events. In that case, the report that you can use to view those events is File Audit Events - Object Audit. You will want to verify (through nDepth for example) if your DELET, GRANT, schema changes, etc are the same event type or another event type. If they're a different event type you will need to find the relevant report for that.
Afterwards you can use the KB I'll add below to set up a custom report for ONLY those events. You can filter by name, or Provider SID, or however you would prefer, much like in nDepth.
