You would have to have remedy write the ticket and some correlating bit of info to a log file that orion is watching.
Now with that said you might not be able to link the ticket to the event. If you did everything out of band and then re-posted the event in order to include the ticket number it can be done. It is ugly and involves various moving parts that would have to be scripted.
