Thank you for your answer. But in this case, WHD will pick the email from the mailbox to which LEM is sending notification email and generates a ticket, right? Apart from this can WHD import all the NODES from LEM as we would like to define the contracts for each client and assign different privileges on WHD so manualy adding the NODES would be an overhead for admin!!!
So the integration I am looking for is not only the ticketing but also fetching the node/assets from LEM. Is it possible?
