Good Looking, thanks for the information. However my quandary is we can not do backup, due to an NTLM compatibility issue. We are on a network than only support NTLM version, our current version of NTLM only supports NTLM version 2. There for any time I try to run a backup up I get an access is denied error. SolarWinds response was upgrade to version 6.2 “this should correct your problem”, FYI the told me the same thing about upgrading to version 6.1.
