Hi Michael, I just checked again on the live link and it loads perfectly (about 20-30 seconds to fully load): http://lem.demo.solarwinds.com/lem/ Can you tell me what country you are trying to access the demo from? That might help with troubleshooting. The demo typically takes 25-35 seconds to load in the USA. In Europe/Asia can be twice that. Also, Chrome is the optimal browser for the LEM Demo. Maybe you can hit the link via Chrome and wait a few minutes? Also, accessing this demo over a 4G network could be problematic.
