I'm currently doing my LEM database backups to a Windows share, as documented in the manuals. What I'd really like to do is handle the LEM VM on my VMware host the same as my other VMs -- backup the entire VM using the Symantec VMware capabilities. With "normal" Linux VMs, the server needs to be quiesced, using their SYMCquiesce utility, which runs on RHEL and SUSE environments, with the VMware Tools installed as well. Is this something that can be supported at all with LEM, or am I just stuck with only database backups to a Windows server?
